Well it is official...our place is for sale. Even had two showings on the first day it was on the market. Luckily the Baker Valley seems to be shielded from what places like in Portland, Boise and Ben are facing in their real estate markets. Things are still being bought and placed for sale every day as if nothing has changed yet. Our place has totally changed in the years that we've lived here. We purchased a piece of property that only had a nasty grey colored manufactured home and a small pump house on it. Now look at it!
