Been pondering something for a while now that we have friends and relatives that are having additions to their families. Why would Aaron and I have to go through bouts of joy, then despair with miscarriages several times while others just look at one another and have healthy pregnancies? Heck even unwanted pregnancies and then keep the baby for the welfare checks. Now we no longer have to endure this pain. We have two wonderful sons. Sure they aren't products of our bodies but they are of our hearts and minds. Why should anyone care where they came from. They are here and most special kids. Not to mention that we saved two little boys from living literally on the streets of what is classified as our beautiful rose city. Don't seem so rosy when you look at all the children that are living on the streets or in foster care because of a life they sure didn't choose. Now there are also two little boys that have a wonderful home with my cousin and her hubby. They two went through the same experiences as Aaron and I. Much more in some cases. But now they have two little sons that love and need them deeply.

Who knows the whys of these sorts of things. I would agree with you though that you ended up with two very special boys.
