You were tired, we seen it in your face.
The end was coming soon.
But how we wanted you to stay just one more day.

You gave us all stepping stone in life
to become the people we are today.
And through it all, Grandma was proud of us all.
To Grandma, her family meant the world.

We will mourn our loss but rejoice that
you are in a better place.
I imagine that you are sitting with your parents and
loved ones right now, waiting our arrival one day.

You struggle no more,
you're free of pain,
your mind is clear,
and call us by name.
