These next photos are of the snow drifts that are along our driveway. We were pretty thankfull that a week ago that we only received six more inches of the white stuff and that our neighbor that now lives in town came out and plowed us out. Our four wheeler that has been the main plow for our lane broke down and our neighbor below us had surgery on his shoulder so he wasn't able to run his cat for a few days. Then this week we are beginning to see the next "season." Muddy Season is what most of us locals call it, while others call it "Spring."












These three photos were taken along highway 30 between Haines and North Powder. Check out the drifting along the highway. Brings back memories of when I was younger and we actually had winters like this one.
