When did life get so darn busy that Aaron and I have forgotten how to have fun with life? Since the Mother's Day weekend we have tore down a barn in the Baker Valley so we could recycle the lumber for the barn that we are building now at our place. This Friday the tin for the roof will be delivered so that will be put on this weekend. Then the hard decision of wood siding or tin siding. Cost will be the main factor. Because of the barn raising we didn't even get to do our annual Memorial weekend camp out...heck we haven't even taken our trailer up to the timber to leave for the summer yet either. Aaron did get it hooked up to the pickup this past weekend and that is still where it sits. If I am still working for the Postal Service come July I will actually have a weekend off and we are planning another hiking trip into the Elkhorns. This time it won't be just an over night trip like we did last year into Twin Lakes we hope. Then in less than a month we will be having company stay with us for about a week. I really need to make a Costco run before then but the cost of fuel will make me just shop locally. Tomorrow is Justin's swim party with his classmates from both the am and pm kindergarten. Then both Dawson and Justin will get out of school for the summer at 1:15 on Thursday.
